Family Matters is where I reflect on my own journey in a family business, alongside the stories and lessons I've collected from working with enterprising families as they navigate the emotional, financial, legal, and strategic complexities that accompany generational change.
What to Expect from Family Matters
Raw Perspectives
In my work with families, I often find their family success doesn't match their financial success. While this is not a universal truth, I find it more common than I wish. Because of this, my newsletter's primary focus is on human behavior and navigating the complexities of being family.
Practical Advice
My goal is to not only provoke thought, but also action, action you can take to build a stronger, healthier family. The ideas I'll present are not theory, they're based on the work we do with clients, from small family farms to billion dollar family enterprises.
