Family Business Bootcamp
Over the next 20 years, millions of U.S. families will face the decision of what to do with their family businesses. The questions that accompany this significant decision are seemingly endless and the answers aren’t easy.
Our sessions are focused on real, practical strategies to help you and your family build a roadmap for multi-generational family business success.
Why Attend
Leveraging his client experiences as well as his lived experience as a third-generation owner and director of Sargento Foods Inc., family business advisor Josh Gentine designed a relatable and practical approach for families in order to avoid painful mistakes and build a multi-generational legacy.
This workshop is heavy on practice, light on theory. Our practical strategies will enhance your current efforts or jumpstart much-needed action.
Please note: These bootcamps are open to family owners, next generation owners, and select, non-family leaders with approval. Our focus is on application and implementation and thus, attendees will be asked to complete some pre-work and attend post-bootcamp working sessions.
